We are happy to offer returns on any unused/unopened merchandise within 30 days from purchase, with the exception of drip tips and e-liquid. To ensure our guests’ safety, drip tips and e-liquid cannot be returned or resold after they leave the store. All you need is a receipt or guest account so we can track down your purchase. Unfortunately, we can only provide refunds using the same form of payment as the original purchase and cannot provide cash back on gift cards nor credit card purchases.
Product Quality Guarantee
We carry only high-quality products and offer a 90 day product warranty on all our merchandise. If your device quits working due to a manufacturer’s defect, no worries! We will either fix it or exchange it for the same item as long as it is in good condition without any signs of misuse or neglect. Unfortunately, the manufacturer’s warranty will not cover items with dents or water damage. We also cannot exchange items which have been taken apart as they are no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If we no longer carry the item you purchased, we would love to exchange it for something else of similar or greater value. Please note, we will troubleshoot your item to try and repair it and may require you to reset your device prior to making an exchange. Some regulated devices can be fixed by simply taking the batteries out for 24 hours and allowing the device to reboot itself. But, bottom line is – if anything goes wrong with your device, hit us up! We ultimately want you to be happy with your purchase!
Due to international regulations, potential customs issues, and instability of postal systems, we cannot guarantee delivery of orders to overseas addresses. Generation V will not be responsible for international orders that are confiscated, lost, stolen, returned, or do not otherwise get delivered. If there is risk of any of these occurrences in your country, we recommend purchasing from a reputable business in your home country.
