JOB DESCRIPTION

We need a full-time Marketing Director who can hit the ground running. This position is responsible for championing our brand identity and driving marketing strategy. As the Marketing Director, you will report directly to the CEO and be a part of our executive team collaborating on strategic planning and expansion efforts. Are you the right fit for Gen V?

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead marketing strategy and comprehensive marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints including radio, OOH, print, digital, in-store, social media, email, text, web, and professional outreach
  • Lead all brand communications and advertising efforts
  • Lead team, agencies, and cross-functional partners to execute campaigns
  • Serve as brand champion, ensuring brand and image consistency regarding content, messaging, and graphic design throughout all forms of media
  • Conduct consumer and competitive research to uncover insights
  • Identify and analyze consumer insights, competitive intel, and industry trends, turning them into actionable plans
  • Develop and manage the overall annual marketing budget
  • Evaluate and track performance for marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Implement marketing tools and software to improve efficiencies
  • Identify and execute on social media, marketing, and SEO trends
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and development for marketing team
  • Collaborate with the executive team on business strategy and decision-making
  • Champion a culture that ensures impeccable guest service and product quality

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership position with increasing responsibility
  • Proven track record of excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of marketing media and promotional tactics
  • Strong business acumen including strategic and quantitative analysis
  • Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
