We need a full-time Assistant Manager who can hit the ground running. Assistant Managers are the senior directors of the sales floor and junior leaders of the Retail Store. Being the senior report to the sales team means that Assistant Managers are the conduit between the Store Manager Leadership team and the sales force. Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers and are trained in Store Manager duties and directives. When necessary, Assistant Managers step in and run the store if the Store Manager is having their attention and focus put on leadership projects and objectives. Assistant managers are responsible for taking big picture ideas from the Store Managers, reconstructing them, and delegating objectives and procedures to the Retail Team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

    • Ensure team members adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements
    • Identify potential issues and prioritize communications to management team
    • Cascade communication and marketing execution to team members to ensure effective implementation of policies and promotions
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with peers in the surrounding area
    • Track sales trends with inventory levels to ensure the stocks levels meet guests’ needs
    • Reconcile store inventory monthly and troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory management
    • Challenge and inspire team members to achieve retail results
    • Brainstorm and implement programs to increase sales and/or improve store operations

  • Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
