Why Our Guests Love Us!!
Wow-ful Guest Service
“Very clean place and very knowledgeable staff, I decided to quit smoking back before Thanksgiving and these guys took me in and before I bought anything, they sat me down and talked to me about the pros and cons and what vaping is all about, and they are not out to just make a sale, they genuinely care about the customer and their needs. And I am a regular here!! 😎”
Brandon N.
Huge Product Selection
“Best selection in town by far. Best shop, best employees, and best atmosphere.”
Skylar M.
Knowledgeable Team
“I’m new to vaping, the gentlemen who helped me informed of issues with some devices I was looking at and led me to a highly rated and least problematic model close to what I wanted. It works great. They taught me how to use my new device and I love it. Great people and a large selection. Get your vape stuff here!”

“Love this shop! Their employees are what make it so great & earn my 5 star rating! Nice, neat store. Organized. Staff is very informed and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome and like they are friends I am comfortable talking with, rather than just someone waiting for their shift to be over with or hurry you out. Also, this store has way better prices on EVERYTHING compared to Alohma. I’ll never go back to Alohma again. Only here or the Omaha locations of Gen vapes!! Thank you guys keep up the great work 💪”

“I absolutely love the staff here. They’re always kind and have good vibes. Educated and eager to help. They replaced my vape when it was acting up and not charging. Avoided me turning into a Kyle! I’ll always bring my business here!”

Comfortable Atmosphere
“Great customer service, love most of the guys that work here, super comfortable atmosphere. I always come in and ask a million questions about products and it surprisingly doesn’t annoy the hell out of them. My favorite Gen V location I’ve been to.”

“That has to be the most friendly group of people to work with, when they can’t figure out what’s wrong with your vaporizer, they will sit with you and try to figure it out. I also recently had some problems and went through three of my wicks trying to fix it, instead of saying ‘oh well’ they gave me a free pack to replace the ones I lost they’re very fun people while doing their job.”
