We are happy to offer returns on any unused/unopened merchandise within 30 days from purchase, except drip tips and e-liquid. To ensure our customers’ safety, drip tips and e-liquid cannot be returned or resold after they leave the warehouse. A receipt or customer account is necessary to track your purchase. Unfortunately, we can only provide refunds using the same form of payment as the original purchase and cannot provide cash back on gift cards nor credit cards purchases.
Product Quality Guarantee
We carry only high-quality products and offer a 60 day product warranty on all our merchandise. If your device quits working due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will either fix it or exchange it for the same item as long as it is in good condition without any signs of misuse or neglect. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any merchandise containing dents or signs of liquid damage as they will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We also cannot exchange items which have been taken apart as they are no longer covered by warranty. If we no longer carry the item you purchased, we would be happy to exchange it for other merchandise of similar or greater value.
Please note, we will try to repair your item and may require you to reset your device prior to making an exchange. Some electronics can be fixed by simply taking the batteries out for 4 hours and allowing the device to reboot itself.
Due to international regulations, potential customs issues, and instability of postal systems, we cannot guarantee delivery of orders to overseas addresses. Generation V will not be responsible for international orders that are confiscated, lost, stolen, returned, or do not otherwise get delivered. If there is risk of any of these occurrences in your country, we recommend purchasing from a reputable business in your home country.
